Private Pool Parties

Important Update: Pool parties will no longer include the on-deck party room. You may add the Community Room to your rental at a discounted rate. The former deck room will become another amenity for members.

Challenge Fitness Pool Party

Available: Sundays, 2:00–4:00 PM

Prices:

  • Up to 50 Guests: $270 (Residents or CF Members) / $320 (Non-Residents)
  • $5 each additional guest, up to 25 more (all guests are counted, even if not swimming)
  • Extra Hour: $85 (4:00–5:00 PM)

Included:

  • 2 hours of pool time, access to family changing rooms, and certified lifeguards
  • Pool depth: 3’6” – 5’
  • Average water temperature: 86–87°F
  • Whirlpool/Steam Rooms for adult use only during rental
  • Bring your own pool toys; provided: basketball hoop, balls, and noodles
  • Stereo available with a variety of channels

Booking: Rentals must be booked 3 weeks in advance and paid in full to reserve your date. No exceptions.

Add the Community Room

Discounted Add-On: $55 for 1 hour

  • Standard set-up includes 50 chairs and tables arranged for food and gifts
  • If adding this room, pool parties cannot exceed 50 guests

Open Swim Party Rental – Saturdays

Location: Challenge Fitness
Open Swim Time: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Community Room Time: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Availability: Saturdays during Open Swim (based on availability)

Package Details

  • Guest Limit: Up to 15 guests
  • Package Price: $70
  • Guest Count Policy: All guests count toward the total, including non-swimmers

Community Room Included

Time: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Enjoy exclusive use of the Community Room for one hour immediately following your Open Swim Party.

Includes:

  • Standard room setup with chairs to match your guest total
  • Tables and chairs arranged for food and gifts

Renter must vacate the rental area by 2:30 PM. Renters will be charged in ½-hour increments for additional time.

Host a Party During Open Swim

Parties may include up to 15 guests. Please note that Open Swim is open to the public, and other members may be using the pool during this time.

Supervision Requirements

  • At least one adult (21+) must supervise all patrons under age 21
  • Any attendee who cannot swim independently (with or without a life jacket or puddle jumper) must have an adult within arm’s reach in the water at all times

Included With Your Party

  • 1.5 hours of swimming for up to 15 guests
  • Lifeguard supervision
  • Access to shower facilities
  • Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance

Policies & Fees

  • Renters are responsible for any damages to the room or facility
  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the rental date to receive a full refund or avoid additional fees
  • Cancellation Fee: $10

Facility Cancellation Policy

The district reserves the right to cancel a rental to ensure guest safety due to circumstances such as maintenance issues or unsafe conditions.
If the district cancels your reservation, you may:

  • Reschedule for another available date and time, or
  • Receive a full refund

While every effort will be made to reschedule, availability is not guaranteed.

Challenge Fitness Community Room Rental

A bright, flexible space for meetings, workshops, birthday parties, tennis events, or small gatherings. Capacity up to 50. Standard set-up includes 50 chairs and tables. Amenities: two TVs, refrigerator, microwave, and sink.

Available:

  • Fridays: 5:00–9:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Summer: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Sundays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Summer: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; based on availability due to pool rentals)
  • Weekday hours available with supervisor approval

Prices: $75/hour (Members & Residents) • $85/hour (Non-Members) — 2-hour minimum
