AQUA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Just Add Water! Aqua Fitness Classes are now included in Challenge Fitness Memberships!

WIM – Multi-Level – WATERinMOTION is changing the tide in water exercise! Intense exercise, invigorating music and improved fitness! WIM takes the moves of one of the most recognized choreographers in aquatics today and unites it with a motivating sound track. Work your entire body as you enjoy the water. Use the resistance of the water to adjust your intensity level. Achieve the results you desire in a safe, fun and effective format. Catch the WAVE!!

Aqua Fit 2.0 – Multi-Level – A cardio-based water class with low to high impact aerobic movements that tone-up core muscles, improve joint mobility and flexibility. Increase muscle strength, coordination and endurance with a total body workout. Be ready for a series of functional exercises in a circuit format around the shallow end of the pool.  Use of water weights/noodles are optional.

Joint Tune-up – Beginner/Mature Adult –  Our aquatic arthritis program in our 86 degrees lap pool. Let our certified instructors lead you through a range of movements that will give your joints a tune-up! You may just purchase a standalone Annual Joint Tune-Up Membership which allows you to attend unlimited classes or it is $4.00 per class as a walk-in.
