Group Fitness Classes

Stay active, build strength, and have fun with group fitness classes included with your Challenge Fitness membership. Classes are designed for a range of fitness levels and include strength training, cardio, cycling, Pilates, dance fitness, and water-based workouts.

Class Types

Strength & Conditioning

  • Total Body Conditioning – Full-body strength training with resistance exercises
  • Lean & Mean – Strength and endurance workout using moderate weights and high repetitions
  • ABC (Aerobics, Balance & Cardio) – Interval-based full body workout

Cardio & Dance

  • Zumba® – High-energy dance fitness combining Latin and world rhythms
  • WERQ® – Pop and hip-hop dance cardio workout
  • Complete Spin – Indoor cycling class with hills, sprints, and endurance work

Mind & Body

  • Gentle Yoga – Beginner-friendly stretching, breathing, and relaxation
  • Barre / Barre Fusion – Pilates, yoga, and dance-inspired strength training

Strength & Core

  • Power Pilates – Pilates-based strength with HIIT and resistance training
  • TRX Power-Up – Suspension training focused on strength, stability, and flexibility

Water Fitness

  • Aqua Fit 2.0 – Cardio and strength training in shallow water
  • WATERinMOTION® – High-energy water fitness workout
  • Joint Tune-Up – Arthritis-friendly exercise in our warm 86° pool

Fitness Levels

Beginner / Mature Adult
Designed for new exercisers, older adults, or those needing lower-impact options.

Multi-Level
Suitable for most fitness levels with modifications provided.

Intermediate / Advanced
Higher intensity workouts for experienced participants.


Group Fitness Guidelines

  • Classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise noted
  • Please arrive 5–7 minutes early
  • No entry after the warm-up portion begins
  • We strongly encourage participants to bring their own mat
  • Please silence phones and respect fellow participants

Age Requirements

  • Participants must be 14 years or older
  • Aqua class participants ages 13–15 must be supervised by an adult

Non-Member Drop-In

Ages 18+

  • Student: $8 Resident / $10 Non-Resident
  • Senior: $8 Resident / $10 Non-Resident
  • 10-Class Pass: $70 Resident
