Pilates H₂O Workshop

Low-Impact. Fun. Refreshing.

Experience the benefits of Aqua Pilates — a unique workout that blends traditional Pilates principles with the resistance and buoyancy of water.

This low-impact class is suitable for a variety of fitness levels and uses pool noodles, kickboards, and other flotation devices to enhance movements and target specific muscle groups.

Ages: 18+ (Participants ages 13+ may join if supervised by an adult 18+)

Shred IT | Wellness Training Program

Get ready to push your limits and SHRED through every barrier standing between you and your fitness goals.   Shred IT is a multi-level, training program designed to burn fat, build lean muscle and take your endurance to the next level.  Each session combines strength training, cardio drills and functional movement to maximize your SHRED potential!

Outdoor equipment used, bringing your own mat is recommended.

Location: Outdoor Gym – Red Room in case of inclement weather
Date & Time: Saturdays, June 6, 13, 20, 27 and July 11 (no class July 4) | 7:30 – 8:30 AM
Ages: 18+ 
Fees: $60 – Challenge Fitness Members | $75 – Non-Members
Class size is limited to a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 8.
