Do you experience ongoing muscle tightness or stiffness that limits how you move? This workshop focuses on fascia release techniques designed to help relieve body tension, improve mobility, and support smoother, more efficient movement.
Register for the Connect 2 Connect Workshop and learn how connective tissue (fascia) plays a vital role in how your body feels and functions. In this guided, hands-on workshop, participants will explore gentle stretches and movement patterns that help melt away muscle tightness and elevate everyday fitness and movement quality.

Pilates H₂O Workshop
Low-Impact. Fun. Refreshing.
Experience the benefits of Aqua Pilates — a unique workout that blends traditional Pilates principles with the resistance and buoyancy of water.
This low-impact class is suitable for a variety of fitness levels and uses pool noodles, kickboards, and other flotation devices to enhance movements and target specific muscle groups.
