Adult Novice (2.5) — Limited Space

Start: December 9, 2024

Day/Time: Monday, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Fee: $20 Member / $24 Non-Member

Capacity: Max 12 • Must sign up or call to register. Non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Requests must be made the day before the scheduled drill in order to receive refunds.

Adult Intermediate (3.0–3.5) — Limited Space

Start: December 9, 2024

Day/Time: Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Fee: $24 Member / $28 Non-Member

Capacity: Max 12 • Must sign up or call to register. Non-refundable.

Junior Tennis at Challenge Fitness

Fun, skill-building classes on our indoor courts—grouped by age and level with USTA red/orange/green/yellow ball progressions.

Register / Questions

Program Levels

Ages 3–6 • Tiny Tots Tennis (36’ court)

Foundational movement, hand–eye coordination, and fun game play.

Ages 5–7 • Red Ball (60’ court)

Rally skills, scoring, and basic tactics with age-appropriate equipment.

Ages 8–10 • Orange Ball (60’ court)

Stroke development, footwork, and point construction in fun drills and games.

Ages 8–12 • Green Ball (60’ court)

Players at this level have knowledge of the basic shot and can sustain a rally inside the service box.

Ages 11–13 • Junior High Development (60’ court)

Technique refinement, live-ball drills, and match-simulation play.

Ages 13–18 • High School Development (60’ court)

Drills and strategy for JV/Varsity readiness: serve/return, patterns, and doubles.

What to Bring

Junior Tennis – Pro-Approval & Invitation-Only

Competitive training groups for motivated juniors on the indoor courts at Challenge Fitness.

How Pro-Approval / Invitation Works

Invitation Only (Ages 8–18) • Pro-Approval Required

Description: Tennis Pro approval required. This player is a tournament player with a USTA National, District, or Sectional ranking. Class includes off-court conditioning. Player should have a Midwest ranking of 1500 or better. (6-week session)

Description: For high school players competing at the varsity level. Emphasis on strategy, point play, and footwork. Pro approval required. Grand Prix tournaments and USTA Team Tennis participation are a plus. (6-week session)
