All shotgun outings that start with less than 100 players will be charged for a minimum of 100 players and carts. Shotgun outings with a 100 or more outing players will be charged appropriate fee according to the number of players.
Payment of Fees:
All fees will be collected by the Outing Coordinator and the outing must be paid in full 5 days prior to the outing date. Outing can be adjusted (up or down) up to 8 days prior to the scheduled date.
Golf Carts:
All shot-gun outings will require golf cart rental. There will be additional charges for outings requiring more than 70 golf carts.
Security and Cancellation:
All outings will require the Outing Coordinators credit card number to be held as security when the date is reserved. No reservations will be taken without a security deposit ($100). Complete cancellation must be made at least 4 days prior to the outing. Failure to provide 4 days notice will result in a forfeit of the security deposit. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to the outing will result in the credit card being charged $100.00 for each tee time being reserved.
Scheduling Play:
All times must be sequential. Tee times are scheduled every eight minutes. No fivesomes are permitted at any time. Please have your players ready at their scheduled times. Late arrival may necessitate additional tee time charges. To assist us in starting the outing, the Outing Coordinator is responsible for informing all outing players of this policy.
Non-Metal Spike Policy:
Prairie Bluff is a non-metal spike facility. All players are required to wear non-metal spikes. Prairie Bluff has a spike changing station to change any metal spikes. The charge for removing and replacing spikes will be $5.00 per player. The Outing Coordinator is responsible for informing all outing players of this policy.
Pace of Play:
Prairie Bluff will require all outing groups maintain a maximum of 10-minute interval. Failure to comply with this interval may result in outing groups being removed form the course. All outing groups must report to the 10th tee within 5 minutes of leaving the 9th green. Refunds for removal from the course will be based on the groups' position on the course when removed.
Rain Check:
If the outing is delayed or cancelled due to severe weather we will attempt to reschedule to outing. No rain dates will be pre-booked. In the case of suspension of play due to severe weather or rain after play has begun, Prairie Bluff will issue a refund voucher based on the number of holes completed.
Beverages:
No beverage coolers are allowed on the premises. All beverages on the golf course must be purchased at the golf course. Violation of these restrictions will result in outing groups will be removed from the golf course with no refund.
Miscellaneous Services:
Prairie Bluff staff will assist the Outing Coordinator in running special events (closest to pin, long drive and long putt). Scoring for the outing will also be available. $2.00 per person, and will require the Outing Coordinator to supply a players list and format 24 hours in advance.
Responsibility:
The Outing Coordinator is responsible for informing all participants of the policies and procedures of the outing. Any damage to Prairie Bluff by the outing, will be the responsibility of the Outing Coordinator.
