Challenge Fitness Premier Memberships Residency A Lockport Township Park District resident is described as a person whose legal domicile is within the boundaries of the Lockport Township Park District. Residency is the principle place of habitation of the individual occupying the home, apartment, condominium or estate. It shall be the principle yearly residence for the family residing at that location. The resident must be able to produce a valid driver's license or state I.D., and a current property tax bill or voter's registration card verifying residency at that location. Free Resident I.D. Card In order to be eligible for a discounted rate, residents must pick up a free Resident I.D. Card at the Lockport or Crest Hill offices. Proof of residency is required annually for the pools and Prairie Bluff Public Golf Club. Resident I.D. Cards expire one year from the date issued.
